Work Environment

The General Practice Dentistry Department has nine modern treatment rooms located inside Wilmington Hospital in downtown Wilmington. All of the rooms are equipped with nitrous oxide, oxygen and a radiographic unit.

Four rooms have A-Dec chairs and equipment to work with an attending or assistant. The equipment is provided through a modified tray system. Rotary endodontic instrumentation is available, and instruction is given for its use.
