About Dry Needling®

Dry Needling® – also known as Mysofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling – includes placing small needles into trigger points in muscles with the goal of easing muscle tension and pain. Dry Needling® can be effective in treating acute and chronic pain, as part of rehabilitation from injury, and can even be used in pain and injury prevention. Dry Needling® offers few side effects. The treatment is performed by a physical therapist specially trained in the technique.
