The Helen F. Graham Cancer Center's Division of Gynecologic Oncology is a dedicated group of medical professionals with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers. Treatment options available to our patients include standard approaches such as surgery—including da Vinci robotic surgery—chemotherapy and radiation, as well as the very latest clinical trials available through our association with the National Cancer Institute's Gynecologic Oncology Group.

We understand how frightening the diagnosis of gynecologic cancer can be. As we take care of your medical needs, we will also help you address any related physical or emotional issues that you and your loved ones may face. The importance of a gynecologic oncologist in your battle against cancer

Our gynecologic oncologists are specially trained to care for women with gynecologic cancers such as cervical cancer, endometrial or uterine cancer, and ovarian cancer. Because these cancers are complex, and treatment can involve multiple modalities, it is important to be sure that the doctor managing your care is experienced and highly trained specifically in treating gynecologic cancer.

Our gynecologic multidisciplinary team specializes in treating cancers of the ovary, endometrium, uterus, cervix, vagina and vulva. Decades of clinical experience show that combinations of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation are most effective in treating gynecologic cancers. However, this clinical experience has also brought to light our need to tailor your care both in terms of the disease itself and its overall effect on you.
